Aletha Haufiku
Executive: Human Capital
Aletha Haufiku serves as Executive: Human Capital at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia NAMCOR, where she leads the Corporation’s human capital strategy and organisational development efforts.
She brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across the mining, financial services, and FMCG sectors, having held senior roles at Bokomo Namibia, Old Mutual Namibia, Barloworld, and Rio Tinto. Her expertise includes talent management, organisational development, labour relations, change management, and employee engagement.
Aletha holds a National Diploma and BTech in Human Resources Management, an MBA from Hochschule Bremen in Germany, and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from ESSCA School of Management in Paris.
She is also committed to youth development and inclusive workplace cultures, serves on the Board of CRAN, and is actively involved in livestock and crop farming.
